By accessing and/or using this website, the user accepts these terms and agree to be bound by them, and an agreement is formed between the user and Temple Publications Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “TPub” or “We”). If the user does not accept these terms, he/she should refrain from using this website. Any information or content published on this website must be read subject to these terms.

These terms may be amended at any time without notice and the user’s access to this website may be terminated at any time without notice. The user’s continued use of the website following such amendment of these terms will represent an agreement by the user to be bound by these terms as amended. TPub recommends the user to review the terms for amendments each time the user uses the website.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, this website is our proprietary property and all material on the website, including website contents, graphics, images, illustrations, designs, icons, logos, trademarks, distinctive features, design, text, icons, audio clips, video clip and all software relating to this website, purported to belong to TPub, are actually owned by TPub and that these remain the property of TPub. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or contents on the website without the prior written consent of TPub. These intellectual property rights are protected by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. 

Provided that you are eligible to use the website, you are granted a limited license to access and use the website and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you and in relation to the website and its contents.

USER REGISTRATION

PRODUCTS DESCRIPTIONS

TPub attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, TPub does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of TPub is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following mode of payment: – Juice by MCB and Online Payment using DPO Group Payment System.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing our products or services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card, or other method of payment which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the amount due to us for the products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit card or debit card details by other means if you use an alternative method of payment before providing you with any products or services.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices fixed at your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

TPub provides delivery services of its products.

RETURN POLICY

All sales of our product are final and payments are non-refundable.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

We do not assert any ownership over your contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your contributions. You are solely responsible for your contributions to the website and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from entering any legal action against us regarding your contribution.
